Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable reconciliation and reporting processes for the APAC region.
- Oversee financial operations across six offices in five countries to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations and international financial reporting standards.
- Collaborate closely with regional finance teams to streamline workflows and resolve discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain financial process automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze monthly reconciliation reports to provide actionable insights to management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding financial operations inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in multi-country or international finance environments.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across different time zones.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
