In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing full sets of accounts and streamlining our Accounts Receivable processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full sets of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing procedures.
- Oversee end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including billing, collections, and aging analysis.
- Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet schedules with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and streamline payment processes.
- Support internal and external audit requirements by providing accurate documentation and schedules.
- Maintain finance systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal accounting policies.
- Prepare periodic financial reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA).
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in finance operations or general accounting.
- Strong technical understanding of accounting treatments and financial reporting standards.
- Hands-on experience with SAP is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and other accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process gaps and drive improvements.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
