In this role, you will be a key contributor to our finance department, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.
You will play a pivotal role in managing full-set accounts, with a specialized focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) processes within a non-patient facing setting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle, including invoicing, collections, and aging reports.
- Prepare and process full-set accounts, ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and statutory requirements.
- Execute accurate and timely month-end closing activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Monitor and track cash flow, verifying bank deposits and reconciling discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management dashboards to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve billing inquiries and reconcile customer accounts.
- Participate in annual audits and support the improvement of internal accounting processes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in finance operations or accounting roles.
- Strong technical proficiency in managing full-set accounts and AR functions.
- Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MYOB, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, especially during month-end closing periods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
