Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all import documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customs regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular audits of financial transactions and import-related documents to identify discrepancies and ensure proper documentation
- Maintain and organize all financial records, import permits, and other relevant documents in a systematic and accessible manner
- Coordinate with customs brokers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve import-related issues and ensure timely clearance of goods
- Prepare financial reports and analyses related to import operations, highlighting key findings and recommendations
- Implement and maintain document control systems to ensure efficient tracking and retrieval of financial records
- Assist in the development and improvement of finance policies and procedures related to importation and document management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in finance operations, with specific focus on importation and document control
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import procedures, and relevant financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and document management systems
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to coordinate with various stakeholders
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA) is a plus
