Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the finance operations team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies across Singapore and Malaysia operations
- Develop and implement efficient financial workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders across borders to resolve financial issues and ensure smooth operations
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Manage financial reporting and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (ACCA, CPA) is a plus
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience managing cross-border operations between Singapore and Malaysia
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in both countries
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with proven ability to develop and motivate teams
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders across different regions
