- Execute accurate monthly payroll processing for all employees
- Maintain and reconcile financial records using accounting software
- Ensure compliance with CPF, IRAS, and other statutory requirements
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports
- Manage vendor payments and expense reimbursement processes
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement internal controls for financial data accuracy
- Collaborate with HR on payroll-related employee inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance with 2+ years' relevant experience
- Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's labor laws and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling
- Certification in Payroll or Accounting (e.g., ACCA, CPA) preferred
- Excellent attention to detail with error detection abilities
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
