Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial transactions, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly financial reporting
- Develop and maintain production planning schedules aligned with sales forecasts
- Optimize inventory control systems to minimize waste while meeting demand
- Coordinate procurement activities with production requirements and budget constraints
- Analyze production KPIs and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and inventory management best practices
- Prepare variance reports comparing actual vs. budgeted performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years experience in finance and production planning roles
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and forecasting
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and JIT inventory systems
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Ability to collaborate across departments in matrix organizational structures
