Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting cycles including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure transactional accuracy
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Develop financial models and forecasts for strategic planning
- Collaborate with operational teams to optimize cost structures
- Maintain internal controls and financial documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting or controller role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Deep understanding of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in property or real estate finance preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record of process improvement initiatives
