Tanggung Jawab
- Support month-end close activities including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare and submit financial statements compliant with IFRS standards
- Coordinate internal and external audit processes to ensure regulatory compliance
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and reporting systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information
- Implement continuous improvements in financial reporting workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in financial reporting and month-end close
- Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Experience with audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Professional certification (ACCA, CA, CMA) preferred
