- Lead and develop a high-performing financial reporting team
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory financial statements
- Oversee IFRS compliance and implementation of new accounting standards
- Coordinate internal/external audits and compliance reviews
- Design and optimize financial reporting workflows and controls
- Mentor team members through professional development programs
- Collaborate with business units to gather financial data
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with professional qualification (CPA/ACCA)
- Minimum 7 years' experience in financial reporting, 3+ in managerial role
- Deep expertise in IFRS and Malaysian financial reporting standards
- Proven audit coordination and compliance management experience
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
