Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
- Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor and manage the company's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Ensure proper implementation of internal controls and risk management practices
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
