We are seeking an experienced Finance Senior Team Lead to oversee the Intercompany team within the Record-to-Report (R2R) function. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Head of Record to Report, leading a team of finance professionals to ensure the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency in our financial processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage the daily operations of the Intercompany Accounting team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Oversee intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Ensure full compliance with local GAAP, IFRS, and company internal control policies.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Record to Report to streamline reporting processes and improve service levels.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains within the Shared Service Center.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive team culture.
- Liaise with other regional finance teams to ensure consistency in accounting practices across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration.
- CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity.
- Strong background in Shared Service Centers or MNC environments is highly desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
