Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the processing and posting of financial transactions for the Malaysia and Singapore markets.
- Perform data entry and verification of accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and reporting.
- Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office tools.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and records.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in financial data to the team lead.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelorâs degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with high volumes of data.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage but not required.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new processes within a fast-paced environment.
