Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all day-to-day finance operations within the shared services environment
- Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders and senior management
- Develop and implement financial processes and controls to maintain compliance with Australian and international standards
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring all requirements are met
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and financial initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance management, with at least 3 years in a shared services environment
- Demonstrated experience working with Australian financial regulations and reporting standards
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing finance teams
- Expert knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software is essential
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
