Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including General Ledger (GL) maintenance and reconciliations.
- Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with MFRS and company policies.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow forecasting to support operational liquidity.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant regulatory bodies for annual audits and statutory filings.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the finance department to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or ICAEW).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably in the telecommunications or tech industry.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and local tax regulations (SST/Income Tax).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive under pressure.
- Highly meticulous with a high degree of integrity and professional ethics.
