As a Finance Specialist at Ekxinum, you will be the cornerstone of our daily financial operations. Your primary focus will be on managing full-cycle accounting tasks, from accounts payable and receivable to bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance. You will play a vital role in preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring strict compliance with BIR regulations and PFRS standards, and supporting the management team with robust budgeting and forecasting analysis. Your keen eye for detail will help safeguard the company's assets and ensure financial transparency across all departments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PFRS/GAAP.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Ensure strict compliance with BIR tax regulations, including the preparation and filing of monthly and annual tax returns.
- Coordinate with external auditors during interim and annual audit engagements, providing necessary schedules and documentation.
- Monitor cash flow positions and manage petty cash funds to ensure liquidity.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the finance department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related business course.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred but not required.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in general accounting, financial reporting, or tax compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws (BIR) and financial reporting standards (PFRS).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
