Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Process financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable with precision
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management and stakeholders
- Ensure tax compliance and prepare necessary documentation/filings
- Monitor financial performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of finance experience in multinational companies
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification (CPA/ACCA) preferred
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
