Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, manage bank reconciliations, and oversee general ledger activities.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and company financial policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Maintain systematic documentation of all financial transactions for audit readiness.
- Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes and reduce operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero).
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict financial deadlines.
