Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate expense tracking and budget adherence.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure full compliance with BIR requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in treasury management activities.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Support the finance team during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero) and MS Excel (advanced functions).
- Solid understanding of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
