Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure all financial activities align with company budgets and policies.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local government financial regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline financial operations and improve departmental efficiency.
- Conduct financial analysis to provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is a strong advantage.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a financial or accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of Philippine taxation laws, BIR regulations, and accounting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle confidential information with integrity.
