In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in managing our payroll operations, ensuring tax compliance, and maintaining the integrity of our financial data. You will work closely with senior management to prepare financial reports, assist in budget planning, and ensure that all accounting procedures align with regulatory requirements. As a Finance Specialist, you will also handle bank reconciliations and assist in the resolution of any discrepancies, ensuring smooth daily financial operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine tax laws and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and supporting schedules.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable as required.
- Support the finance team with general accounting duties and ad-hoc projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and tax compliance.
- Familiarity with financial software and MS Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
