As a Finance Specialist (AR), you will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. You'll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies, while contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
This position is ideal for recent accounting graduates who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a practical setting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate customer account records and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients to ensure timely collection
- Prepare regular reports on aging accounts, collection performance, and cash flow forecasts
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address payment-related inquiries
- Assist in month-end closing processes and financial reporting as required
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounts receivable operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts receivable processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP or similar systems preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
