Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports on a timely basis.
- Utilize SAP (FI/CO modules) for all financial data processing, reporting, and analysis to ensure data integrity.
- Ensure strict compliance with all statutory and tax requirements (BIR, SEC, LGU) including the preparation and timely filing of taxes.
- Monitor project costs, analyze budget variances, and assist in the development of financial forecasts and annual budgets.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and coordinating audit requirements.
- Process employee payroll, benefits administration, and government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Maintain and update fixed asset records, conduct periodic physical counts, and ensure proper asset tagging and depreciation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related business field. CPA is a plus.
- At least 2-3 years of solid work experience in general accounting, financial reporting, or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in SAP (FI/CO modules) is mandatory for this role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and local tax laws.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
- Experience in the utility, construction, or energy industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Boracay, Malay, Aklan. Relocation assistance may be available for highly qualified candidates.
