Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial reporting, reconciliation of accounts, and adherence to accounting standards.
- Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management, banking relationships, and payroll processing.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments to vendors and accurate collection of receivables.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and audit schedules for internal and external audits.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, financial policies, and corporate governance requirements.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends and provide financial insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in General Accounting and Treasury within the manufacturing or corporate sector.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is an advantage.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws, financial regulations, and GAAP/IFRS.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
