- Manage financial records, transactions, and reporting with precision
- Prepare monthly/yearly financial statements and budget analyses
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners on financial matters
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and support strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on financial planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting role
- Native or fluent Mandarin language skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations
- Certification (CPA, ACCA) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial reporting
