Join Nusara Pradipa Partners as a Finance Specialist with Mandarin language proficiency in Karawang, Jawa Barat. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of Rp 15-20 million per month for a dynamic professional to drive financial excellence. As a key member of our finance team, you'll optimize financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and bridge communication gaps with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders across Southeast Asia.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial transactions, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger operations
- Prepare monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports
- Coordinate Mandarin-speaking stakeholders for financial audits and compliance reviews
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management initiatives
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and systems
- Assist in tax compliance, documentation, and financial policy implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (S1 Akuntansi/Keuangan)
- Minimum 2 years of finance/accounting experience with multinational exposure
- Native or fluent Mandarin proficiency (written and spoken)
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and reporting
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations (PSAK, tax laws)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication skills
