We are seeking a meticulous Finance Specialist to oversee our financial operations in Malaysia. This critical role requires a professional with deep expertise in manufacturing finance to manage daily accounting processes, ensure tax compliance, handle rebate programs, coordinate banking activities, and drive financial digitalization initiatives. You will be the backbone of our financial health, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning while supporting our manufacturing operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian tax regulations, including filing returns and processing rebates
- Oversee banking operations, cash management, fund transfers, and reconciliation processes
- Develop and maintain financial planning models for operational budgeting and forecasting
- Lead financial digitalization initiatives, implementing ERP systems and automation tools
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and statements for management review
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies during financial examinations
- Analyze financial data to identify cost optimization opportunities and trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of finance experience in manufacturing or supply chain
- Expert knowledge of Malaysian tax laws, GST, and corporate finance regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel advanced functions
- Strong experience with financial digitalization and ERP implementation
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple financial projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
