Asticom is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City. Key Duties:
As a Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the finance department in various accounting functions. You will ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time, assist in the preparation of financial reports, and help maintain a clean audit trail. We value attention to detail and accuracy, so you will be the backbone of our daily financial operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure strict compliance with company financial policies and government accounting regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and posting of daily journal entries and general ledger accounts.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare detailed reconciliation statements.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely reporting.
- Prepare basic financial reports and statements for management review.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist in the verification of expenses and invoices.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a graduate of Accountancy, Finance, Business Management, or related course (Fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and general accepted accounting standards (GAAP).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the finance department.
