Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable operations including invoicing, collection tracking, and customer credit management
- Oversee petty cash administration, reconciliation, and documentation compliance
- Handle tax administration tasks including VAT, income tax reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Prepare accurate financial reports for management and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize finance workflows
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure adherence to company policies
- Support month-end closing processes and financial audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years experience in finance or accounting roles
- Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced MS Excel skills with financial modeling experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/CPA) is advantageous
