Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial operations and reporting for special purpose vehicles
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements and budgets
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Oversee cash flow management and treasury operations
- Coordinate internal and external financial audits
- Develop financial models for investment analysis and forecasting
- Lead cross-functional financial initiatives and stakeholder communications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/Indonesian accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Experience with SPV/financial structuring is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA) is advantageous
