Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) including cash flow monitoring and reconciliation
- Prepare accurate financial statements, regulatory reports, and compliance documentation
- Develop and maintain SPV financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Optimize SPV structures to minimize tax liabilities and maximize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with legal, tax, and investment teams on SPV-related transactions and projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (S1)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or SPV management
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Certifications (Akuntan Publik, Brevet A/B) or CPA/CMA preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
