Orang Tua Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Staff to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our inventory management and manufacturing costing processes. We are looking for a candidate who is analytical, organized, and passionate about financial reporting.
As a Finance Staff, you will oversee the stock opname calculation and reporting, ensuring that physical inventory matches system records. You will verify supporting documents for inventory data and mutations, play a key role in the costing process, and accurately check and determine COGM (Cost of Goods Manufactured) components. Your work will directly impact our financial health and operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular stock opname (physical inventory count) and prepare detailed reports to ensure accuracy.
- Verify supporting documents to ensure the integrity of inventory data and mutation records.
- Assist in the end-to-end costing process to ensure product profitability.
- Analyze and determine the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) components accurately.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Maintain organized financial records related to inventory and manufacturing costs.
- Support internal audits by providing necessary inventory and costing documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and costing methods.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is essential for data analysis).
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in numerical data processing.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local systems) is a plus.
- Good communication skills in a team environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
