Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow) for management review.
- Handle company tax obligations, including monthly PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Final, and annual SPT reporting.
- Process employee payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and statutory contributions.
- Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are properly recorded and reconciled.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audit and filing periods.
- Monitor and manage petty cash, ensuring proper documentation and controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23/26, PPN, PPh Final).
- Proficiency in accounting software (Accurate, Jurnal, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Brevet A/B certification is a plus.
