Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process daily financial transactions and expense reports accurately.
- Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries and accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation of store-level financial data.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and government tax reporting requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in petty cash management for bakery operations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and management to ensure financial transparency.
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks and special projects as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles; fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they demonstrate strong academic standing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity regarding financial data.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work full-time based in our Cebu office.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to cafe operations.
