Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial record keeping and documentation systems
- Process vendor payments and expense reimbursements
- Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Coordinate with auditors during financial reviews
- Maintain accurate financial databases and filing systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of finance/accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
