Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable and expense reimbursements
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports with accurate data analysis
- Monitor budgets and variances, providing insights to department heads
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Coordinate with auditors during financial reviews and maintain audit trails
- Process payroll and employee reimbursements accurately and on time
- Support financial system implementations and process improvements
- Assist in forecasting and long-term financial planning initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance roles, preferably healthcare industry
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional certification (e.g., Akuntan Publik) is advantageous
