Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process and monitor daily e-commerce transactions to ensure proper accounting and reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Coordinate with internal departments to verify financial documentation and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage bank reconciliations and ensure all financial filings are completed within deadlines.
- Prepare regular financial summaries for management to support informed decision-making.
- Assist in tax preparation and compliance activities as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and financial software is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team-oriented environment.
