Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate data entry in the accounting system.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow movements on a daily basis.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding budget tracking and expense verification.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records for audit readiness.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently and on time.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a Finance or Accounting role.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in SAP software is required.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and taxation.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet monthly financial deadlines.
- Willing to be based in Jember, Jawa Timur.
