Join Inter Aneka Lestari Kimia's dynamic finance team as a Finance Staff and play a pivotal role in maintaining the company's financial integrity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage daily cash operations, ensuring accurate tracking of petty cash funds while maintaining strict adherence to financial protocols. You'll be responsible for meticulously verifying invoices and supporting documents to prevent discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, you'll support critical stocktaking activities, reconciling inventory records with financial data to guarantee accuracy across all systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage petty cash transactions, disbursements, and reconciliation to maintain accurate cash balances
- Verify and process vendor invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts
- Support physical inventory counts (stock opname) to align financial records with actual stock levels
- Maintain organized documentation for all financial transactions and supporting materials
- Assist in month-end closing activities including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare preliminary financial reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
