We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Staff to join our professional team in Tangerang Selatan. In this role, you will be an integral part of our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of medical billing, accounts payable, and financial reporting that supports our mission to deliver quality healthcare to our patients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate data entry for patient billing and insurance claims processing.
- Prepare periodic financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts to ensure 100% financial accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly financial forecasting.
- Ensure all financial activities comply with hospital policies and standard accounting principles (PSAK).
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during periodic financial reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting; experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high-volume numerical data.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High integrity, discipline, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
