Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily financial administration tasks including data entry and documentation.
- Process accounts payable and receivable accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
- Prepare accurate and detailed financial reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing activities.
- Manage petty cash disbursements and monitoring of office expenditures.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial inquiries and payment status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar systems).
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict monthly deadlines.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and basic English.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
