As a Finance Staff, you will be responsible for assisting with daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and preparing financial reports. You will ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with company policies and local regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and record daily financial transactions and journal entries accurately.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Handle accounts payable processing, including verifying invoices and processing payments.
- Manage accounts receivable activities to ensure timely collections and accurate reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
- Support the budget preparation process and assist in financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal control procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of basic tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
