As a Finance Staff, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day financial operations of the company. You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of accurate financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring all transactions comply with local regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable processing and accounts receivable follow-up.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and adjusting entries.
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger system to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Ensure strict compliance with company financial policies and relevant tax regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Collaborate with the management team to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of general ledger, financial reporting, and budgeting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
