We are seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined Finance Staff to join our growing team in Cisauk. This role is essential for maintaining the financial integrity of our operations, focusing on precision in accounting processes and effective management of accounts receivable.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining cash flow health and fostering strong relationships with our clients through diligent billing and collection management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and aging report analysis.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and follow up with clients as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and journals in accordance with accounting standards.
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank transactions and petty cash.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control procedures to ensure financial accuracy.
- Coordinate with external parties or internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) cycles and general ledger principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Disciplined, responsible, and capable of working with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet financial deadlines.
