Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of all government compliance reports (BIR, SEC, etc.)
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and variance reporting for budgetary control
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation systems
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting financial reporting requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Support internal audit processes and compliance initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in accounting or financial analysis
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
