Join PT Airrowes Global Logistik's dynamic finance team as a Finance Staff specializing in Accounts Receivable administration. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable ledger, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all transactions
- Generate and distribute invoices to clients while maintaining detailed transaction records
- Monitor customer payment statuses and proactively follow up on overdue accounts
- Reconcile AR accounts with general ledger and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare aging reports and collection analyses for financial reviews
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve billing disputes and payment issues
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or finance administration
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for client interactions and internal coordination
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced logistics environment
