Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily cash flow and perform accurate bank reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes effectively.
- Conduct timely follow-up on outstanding invoices and customer collections.
- Input and process financial transaction requests into the accounting system.
- Prepare and generate comprehensive monthly financial reports.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation and records.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of financial principles and Indonesian accounting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and high numerical accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team.
