Tanggung Jawab
- Managing daily financial transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping in the accounting system.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget monitoring.
- Facilitating communication between local teams and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders regarding financial documents.
- Reconciling bank statements and petty cash transactions.
- Supporting the tax reporting process and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Assisting in internal and external audit preparations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory for this role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
