Ming Sui Solusi Indonesia is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Staff Mandarin Speaker to join our finance department. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in managing financial operations and acting as a key communication bridge with our Mandarin-speaking partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting activities, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards.
- Handle inter-company transactions and coordinate directly with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Assist in budget preparation and perform variance analysis to support management decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of assets, inventory, and fixed assets.
- Support the external audit process and ensure timely submission of tax documents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin (Native or Business Proficiency) with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts.
- Strong proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local accounting systems) is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
