Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis reports
- Supervise finance staff performance and provide guidance on accounting procedures
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Coordinate with internal departments to support financial planning and cost control initiatives
- Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls
- Conduct monthly/quarterly financial reviews and prepare executive summaries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi/Keuangan)
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective leadership and team management abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
